You simply send us your media (audio or video) in a pre-paid mailer we provide you. Depending on the level of service, you will include information about the service, name of speaker or theme reference. Your tape is returned to you and you'll get more pre-paid mailers for each month of service. Once we get your media via USPS Priority Mail, it is processed and hosted on our high speed media network. We convert your media, edit and trim, color correct and host your media on our high speed network. Your web visitors get full high and low speed media streaming services through your site while hosted by us. This means no bandwidth or network congestion issues on your end to worry about. To let everyone know about your available media, your customized Media Resource Page is updated by us. (Since you would have already placed a link on your site to your custom page, you will not have any further updates to do on your site.) To see what custom pages look like, visit our online samples page. You'll see that if you're offering programming that you would like separated by category, such as sermons and youth programming, we would maintain a unique page for each category. For example, here is the Resource Page for Sermons for Whites Chapel and here is the Resource Page for their Youth Programming and their Weekly Service webcasts as well. Links to these pages are added once by your webmaster and we update your media pages as soon as new media is available. This often helps speed up the process of getting updated information online for your web visitors.
As many as you wish. Because of the unique pricing for the Faith-Based communications market, you do not pay a per-viewer or per hit charge for viewers of your media. Once you begin offering online media to your audience, you will have opportunities to get links to your media page. In fact, for clients on a strict budget or limited content, you can co-op your Media Resource Page with as many other churches as you like. Costs for our services are based on total media volume, not bandwidth considerations.
Audience measurement reports help you be accountable for your online media program. Like no other medium, internet content viewership can be measured and reported on the fly. Upon request, we will provide you a report on how many people visited your media resource page and what media they watched or listen to.
Your monthly charge is based on the total volume of media you make available on a monthly basis. We also factor in the size of your congregation, as larger churches have larger audiences. For example some of our clients want to build an online library of services and programming, while others choose to offer only current services and sermons. WebCasting's Faith-Based pricing model allows maximum value for even the tightest budgets. There are no long term contracts - your services are provided on a month-to-month basis with only a 30 day notice of cancellation required.
Churches with media and IT internal resources can prepare media files and deploy them with no assistance required by us. We will provide unique access to our server facilities, and organizations with in-house resources can FTP media files directly to us with no shipping required.
